We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to oversee short-term rental properties on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Dubai’s real estate market and a deep understanding of short-term rental regulations, pricing strategies, and guest management.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage short-term rental properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and guest satisfaction.
✔ Optimize occupancy rates and pricing strategies based on market trends.
✔ Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and issue resolution efficiently.
✔ Oversee property maintenance, cleaning schedules, and vendor coordination.
✔ Ensure compliance with Dubai’s short-term rental laws and real estate regulations.
✔ Manage tax procedures, VAT compliance, and business registration.
✔ Use property management systems and digital tools for streamlined operations.
✔ Work with government portals such as DED, RERA, Dubai REST, and Emaratax.
✔ Generate and issue invoices in compliance with local tax regulations.
✔ Provide exceptional customer service to guests and property owners.

Skills & Requirements:

✅ Proven experience in short-term rental management, particularly on Airbnb & similar platforms.
✅ Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and short-term rental laws.
✅ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
✅ Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
✅ Proficiency in property management software and digital booking platforms.
✅ Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, when required.
✅ A proactive, independent, and customer-focused mindset.
