WeAreAspire is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage multiple high-end retail interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Retail Project Managers and play a pivotal role in ensuring successful project execution, coordinating timelines, tasks, and project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of multiple retail interior fit-out projects

• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and team members to meet project deadlines

• Create project schedules and timelines, and assign tasks to team members

• Review project plans and specifications to ensure requirements are met

• Attend project meetings and provide regular updates on progress

• Conduct site visits to ensure work is completed according to plans

• Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications

• Ensure project quality standards are met and implement corrective actions when required

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the fit-out or shopfitting industry

• Proficient in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and AutoCAD

• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail

• Valid UAE Driving License
