EDGE is seeking a Project Manager to lead technology-focused strategic projects, ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives. The role involves collaboration with stakeholders, driving innovation, and managing cross-functional projects within scope and budget. A strong background in product development or systems engineering is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage strategic technology projects from initiation to completion

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology leaders, and external partners to define project goals

• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into technical requirements

• Identify emerging technologies and assess their business impact

• Develop strategies to mitigate risks and identify strategic gaps

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred)

• 5+ years of experience in product development or systems engineering, ideally in a defense or related field

• Strong understanding of strategic technology management tools

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical skills for interpreting trends and data
