About the Role:

Our Tier-One Main Contracting Client is hiring a Design / Technical Manager to lead a major villa masterplan project in Dubai. Candidates must have prior experience with a main contractor and expertise in villa developments across the UAE/GCC.

📌 Immediate joining required – initial 6-month contract with the option to transition to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Project Oversight: Manage the technical aspects of villa construction from design to completion.
✅ Design Coordination: Work with design teams & consultants to ensure compliance with project specs.
✅ Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to maintain industry standards.
✅ Technical Problem-Solving: Provide solutions for design & construction challenges.
✅ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure alignment with UAE building codes & safety regulations.
✅ Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, contractors & authorities.
✅ Technical Documentation: Oversee approvals, drawings, and site assessments.
✅ Team Leadership: Mentor technical teams and foster collaboration.

Job Requirements:

✔ Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
✔ Experience: 12-15 years (including UAE/GCC experience).
✔ Software Skills: Revit & BIM software (preferred).
✔ Main Contractor Experience: Required – must have worked on villa masterplan projects.
✔ Project Experience: Full lifecycle delivery of large-scale villa/masterplan developments.
✔ Communication: Strong stakeholder management & leadership skills.
