Infosys is seeking a Practice Engagement Manager for their Salesforce Practice Sales team in the UAE (Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, or Dubai). The role involves building relationships and driving business development for Salesforce ecosystem services, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing leadership in solution delivery. The position requires strong business development and project management experience, particularly in the telecommunications, financial services, and manufacturing sectors, along with knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem clouds like Sales, Service, Marketing, and CPQ.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage client portfolios across the Middle East and Europe

  • Drive business development, client delivery assurance, and go-to-market solutions

  • Develop customized solutions and manage client relations

  • Lead pricing decisions and collaborate with alliance partners

  • Cultivate effective relationships with business stakeholders
    Qualifications:

  • Experience in Telecommunications, Financial Services, or Manufacturing industries

  • Familiarity with Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, CPQ, etc.)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
