Tabby, the leading Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) provider in MENA, is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to manage and execute marketing campaigns for its core BNPL products. This role will focus on understanding customers, defining positioning, and executing product and feature launches across various channels, including online, in-store, and on the Tabby Shop marketplace. The position is highly cross-functional, working closely with the Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Design teams.
Responsibilities include:

• Deeply understanding customer needs and market competition through both quantitative and qualitative data

• Owning product positioning, audience segmentation, value propositions, and channel strategy

• Developing marketing materials such as explainer videos, landing pages, and CRM messaging

• Leading product launches and feature rollouts

• Ideating and executing growth experiments with marketing and product teams

• Monitoring competitors and market trends to inform future strategies

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for new products or features
  Skills Required:

• 3-5 years of experience in B2C product marketing, ideally in fintech or e-commerce (Consumer FinTech experience preferred)

• Proven track record of launching products with successful positioning, messaging, and results

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with technical and commercial teams

• Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical capabilities

• Proficiency in professional English; Arabic is a bonus
