This role requires strong stakeholder management, project execution, and risk mitigation skills to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Project Leadership & Execution

Oversee end-to-end project management for CCaaS implementations.

Ensure customer business requirements and KPIs are met.

Drive risk mitigation, change control, and stakeholder engagement.

Manage cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
✅ Stakeholder & Client Engagement

Develop strong client relationships with key stakeholders and executives.

Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external customers.

Provide regular project status updates and burn reports.
✅ Process Improvement & Quality Assurance

Maintain deep knowledge of Sprinklr’s platform to guide project strategies.

Ensure projects adhere to best practices and align with business goals.

Stay updated with industry trends in CCaaS and SaaS solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
🎓 Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

PMP, Prince2 Agile, or ACP certification preferred.
📊 Experience:

8-10 years of experience in CCaaS delivery, contact centers, or SaaS deployment.

Proven expertise in managing multi-market, global rollouts.

Strong stakeholder and risk management skills.
