flydubai is seeking a Senior Coordinator – Maintenance Equipment and Resources to oversee the allocation of maintenance tasks, coordination of Ground Support Equipment (GSE), and management of maintenance spares at the airport. The role ensures smooth maintenance operations by efficiently distributing resources and handling technical coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

🚀 Maintenance Coordination & Resource Allocation

• Manage and allocate maintenance tasks to maintenance staff.

• Coordinate activities of Line Maintenance Drivers to ensure efficient resource distribution.

• Oversee Ground Support Equipment (GSE) requests and ensure timely delivery of maintenance spares.

📋 Operational Oversight

• Ensure accurate logging of RMS (Resource Management System) tasks by maintenance personnel.

• Monitor Aircraft Maintenance and Operational Software (AMOS) requests and ensure correct entry.

• Maintain and oversee vehicle allocation, ensuring optimal and fair utilization of assets.

📌 Compliance & Technical Support

• Ensure aircraft daily checks are completed and report discrepancies.

• Coordinate technical support for maintenance staff iPads and related software issues.

• Assign tasks and work packs at the start of each shift, ensuring accurate tracking and completion.

Qualifications & Experience:

✔ Educational Background

• High School Diploma (required).

• Degree in Engineering discipline (preferred).

✔ Work Experience

• 2+ years in airline or aircraft maintenance operations (preferred).

• 4-6 years of total work experience in a relevant role.

✔ Technical Knowledge & Skills

• Familiarity with RMS (Resource Management System), AMOS (Aircraft Maintenance Operating System), and AIMS (Airline Information Management System).

• Strong understanding of aviation maintenance procedures and operations.

• Fluent in English with excellent communication and coordination skills.
