Aviva Collective is looking for a Senior Architectural Designer with expertise in modern luxury design and strong 2D/3D visualization skills. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of architectural detailing, advanced materials, and Dubai building codes, ensuring seamless execution of high-end projects. This role requires leadership in design execution, technical precision, and innovative material applications from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

🏗 Design & Technical Development

• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.

• Develop complex 2D and 3D design packages with high-end aesthetic appeal.

• Conduct site evaluations, surveys, and permit coordination with engineers and consultants.

• Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders to address constructability challenges.

• Work on modern luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

🎨 Creative & Conceptual Expertise

• Refine architectural detailing with a strong focus on luxury materials and innovative applications.

• Utilize AutoCAD, 3DS MAX, Vray, Revit, and other architectural software for design documentation.

• Maintain brand knowledge of international designer FF&E for high-end interior and exterior designs.

📋 Project Management & Coordination

• Manage client communications and project stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.

• Ensure projects meet Dubai building codes and industry best practices.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to maintain design integrity.

Requirements & Qualifications:

✔ Education: Degree in Architecture; professional registration is a plus.
✔ Experience: 5-10 years in modern luxury design (residential, hospitality, F&B, commercial, or mixed-use projects), with minimum 4 years in Dubai.
✔ Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DS MAX, Vray, Revit, and architectural design software.

• Strong understanding of MEP and structural systems.

• Experience in 3D printing and Revit modeling is a plus.
  ✔ Project Management: Ability to work independently and lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  ✔ Soft Skills: Strong creativity, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  ✔ Languages: Multi-lingual candidates preferred.
