Job Title: Branch Accountant – Commercial Vehicles & Financial Operations

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Branch Accountant to support financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial reporting, invoicing, VAT compliance, stock reconciliation, and budget management for our Commercial Vehicles division.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Financial Operations & Invoicing:

• Process invoices for Commercial Vehicles (CV), Hino, and Toyota Motors Handling Equipment (TMHE).

• Validate Sales Order Conditions and recovery account balances before invoicing.

• Handle VAT refunds for export billing and submit export BOE in SAP.

• Issue gate passes for invoiced units and liaise with Central Finance for allocations and rebilling.

✔ Accounts Receivable & Financial Compliance:

• Follow up on overdue accounts with Business Managers and calculate expected collections.

• Conduct monthly stock reconciliations and IND verification.

• Ensure compliance with defined policies, SOPs, and procurement regulations.

• Review and analyze recovery and upselling accounts to optimize financial performance.

✔ Budgeting & Financial Reporting:

• Upload budgets in SAP/IFRP and generate reports for financial planning.

• Prepare monthly dashboards and performance KPIs for executive presentations.

• Assist in balance sheet substantiation and general ledger management.

• Work closely with Group Finance, Legal, IT, and HR departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Requirements:

🔹 Education: Bachelor’s/MBA in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
🔹 Experience: 3-5 years in Finance & Accounting with a strong understanding of ERP systems (preferably SAP, BPC).
🔹 Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Projects) and financial analysis.
🔹 Industry Knowledge: Strong foundation in financial reporting, compliance, and management accounting.
