Job Title: Graduate Valuer – Commercial Valuation (Knight Frank, Dubai)

About the Role:

Knight Frank is seeking a motivated and hardworking Graduate Valuer to join our Commercial Valuation service line in Dubai, UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to gain hands-on experience in valuation, market research, and advisory services within a globally recognized real estate consultancy.

The ideal candidate will be pursuing the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) in Commercial Valuation and demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to high-quality valuation reports and client solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop an in-depth understanding of commercial valuation processes and market trends.

• Assist in valuation assignments, conducting property inspections, research, and data analysis.

• Collect and analyze comparable market evidence to support valuation reports.

• Prepare detailed valuation reports in compliance with RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) standards.

• Ensure valuations are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.

• Maintain confidential records, databases, and reports, ensuring all data is up to date.

• Support cross-departmental collaboration to identify business opportunities and enhance client solutions.

• Engage in professional development as part of the RICS Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.

• Adhere to Knight Frank’s best practices and professional standards.

What We Look For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Valuation, or a related field.

• Experience: Prior work experience in a business or real estate environment in the Middle East is preferred.

• Professional Certification: On track to obtaining MRICS qualification.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to quickly learn and use valuation software.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong verbal communication and numerical analysis skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork capabilities.

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Other Requirements:

  • UAE driving license required.

  • Fluency in English (written & spoken); Arabic or additional languages are a plus.

  • Willingness to travel as needed for site inspections and client meetings.
