Job Title: RPA Developer – AI-Driven Automation

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions that enhance business efficiency. The ideal candidate should have expertise in leading RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and experience in integrating AI and ML technologies for advanced process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ RPA Development & Deployment:

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions based on business requirements.

• Automate business processes using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

• Ensure seamless integration of RPA with AI/ML tools for intelligent automation.

✔ Collaboration & Analysis:

• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.

• Document process design and solution architecture for efficient implementation.

✔ Troubleshooting & Optimization:

• Maintain and troubleshoot existing automation solutions to ensure optimal performance.

• Continuously enhance RPA workflows by adopting the latest industry best practices.

✔ Training & Continuous Learning:

• Train internal teams on RPA development, best practices, and technical solutions.

• Stay updated with emerging RPA and AI trends to drive innovation.

Key Requirements:

🔹 Experience: Minimum X years in RPA design & implementation
🔹 RPA Expertise: Hands-on experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
🔹 Certifications: UiPath Certified RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional, or equivalent
🔹 AI & ML Integration: Experience in integrating AI-driven automation solutions
🔹 Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, .NET, Java, API integration
