BIM Draughtsman (Architectural / Interior Design) – Full-Time Contract

A leading Architectural Design consultancy in Dubai is seeking two experienced BIM Draughtsmen specializing in Architectural and Interior Design to join their team. The role involves working on high-rise residential, commercial, and hospitality projects with a reputable consultancy firm.

This position is immediately available and offered as a 3-6 month fixed-term contract through J10 Consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Detailed BIM Drawings: Develop precise architectural and interior drawings, including plans, elevations, and sections.

• Facade Detailing: Specialize in designing façade-specific elements for mid-high rise projects.

• CAD & BIM Expertise: Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software for 2D and 3D modeling.

• Material Coordination: Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to integrate façade details seamlessly.

• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, revisions, and as-built drawings.

• Technical Support: Assist during the construction phase to ensure architectural plans are executed correctly.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or degree in Architecture, Design, or Engineering

• Experience: Minimum 3 years (at least 1 year in the UAE with a recognized design consultancy)

• Software Proficiency: Strong experience with Revit/BIM, AutoCAD, and MS Office

• Project Expertise: Hands-on experience with mid-high rise residential, commercial, and hospitality projects

• Communication Skills: Fluency in English with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
