ARX | Smart Minds is seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist with experience in the Middle East to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be multilingual (English & Arabic/French preferred), have strong HR and administrative expertise, and possess a thorough understanding of UAE labour laws. This role involves managing the entire employee lifecycle, handling visa processing, overseeing travel & expense management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Lifecycle Management:

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, orientation, performance management, and offboarding.

  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.

• Visa & Compliance Management:

  • Handle visa processing for new and existing employees in the UAE and other locations.

  • Maintain records and ensure compliance with local labour laws and HR policies.

• Travel & Expense Management:

  • Arrange flights, hotels, and transportation for senior management.

  • Process and manage expense claims in a timely manner.

• Meeting & Calendar Management:

  • Schedule and coordinate senior management meetings.

  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

• Administrative & HR Support:

  • Assist in office administration and HR-related projects.

  • Support event planning and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience, with 2-3 years in HR/Administration in the UAE.

• Fluency in English (oral and written); proficiency in Arabic or French is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
