Marsh Middle East and Africa is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing team while driving client retention, process efficiency, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior stakeholders, manage complex portfolios, and play a critical role in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Manage a team of 21 direct reports, providing coaching, performance management, and career development.

• Oversee resource planning, monitor workflows, and ensure adherence to SLAs.

• Drive team productivity and accountability through mentoring and feedback.

Client Servicing:

• Oversee client retention strategies and ensure seamless service delivery for Property & Casualty accounts.

• Manage escalations and resolve complex client issues to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the key point of contact for high-level stakeholders across multiple business segments.

• Present monthly reports outlining team performance, key wins, and areas for improvement.

Process & Performance Optimization:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and innovation.

• Apply critical thinking and change management skills to navigate a dynamic business landscape.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience:

• 8-12 years of experience in the insurance sector and client service.

• Strong background in advanced client servicing and results-driven portfolio management.

Technical Skills & Certifications:

• Expertise in change management, critical thinking, and decision-making.

• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Postgraduate Degree in a relevant field.
