Viatris Middle East FZ-LLC is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Quality Senior Specialist to join its team in Dubai. This role will be pivotal in ensuring supply chain quality operations meet regulatory requirements and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Deputy Responsible Pharmacist for Viatris Middle East GSDP.

• Support new product launches, business development projects, and technology transfers from a quality perspective.

• Develop and negotiate quality agreements with partners.

• Implement and continuously improve Quality Systems to support regulatory compliance.

• Support regulatory inspections at Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and ensure timely review and approval of responses.

• Provide quality leadership for change management, significant deviations, and distribution site compliance.

• Ensure timely market release of products in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Manage quality risk assessments and mitigation plans within CMOs.

• Oversee customer complaint investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.

• Lead or support quality projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Participate in internal audits, regulatory inspections, and establishment of Quality Management Systems.

• Track quality metrics, assess risks, and implement actions for performance improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education & Training:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences (mandatory).

• Quality-related certifications (preferred).

Technical Skills:

• Valid Pharmacist License from MOHAP – UAE.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, SAP, TrackWise, and Documentum platforms.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and report key updates to the team leader.

• Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional projects and resolve conflicts.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented approach.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic (multilingual candidates preferred).

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in a GxP-regulated environment.

• Prior GMP experience is an advantage.
