Coursera, a global leader in online learning, is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive business growth by engaging with potential customers, qualifying leads, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams. This role focuses on enterprise sales and partnerships, helping institutions adopt Coursera’s learning solutions to upskill their workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team through outbound engagement.

  • Conduct discovery and qualification conversations to understand customer needs.

  • Develop creative engagement strategies using email, phone, social media, and other tools.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts.

  • Provide insights from customer interactions to enhance sales strategies.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR).

  • Experience with sales and marketing tools (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.).

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).

  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Experience in an outbound sales role is preferred.

Education & Work Setup:

  • A degree or equivalent professional experience.
