Position: MEP Draftsman – Electrical
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: Up to AED 11,000 per month (all-inclusive, based on experience & qualifications)

Job Overview:

A leading Technical Services and Maintenance company in Dubai is looking for an experienced MEP Draftsman – Electrical to produce high-quality drawings and electrical layouts using CAD software. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MEP drafting for commercial and residential fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update electrical drawings based on engineer-marked corrections.

• Produce high-quality CAD drawings for electrical systems.

• Develop MEP plans, sections, elevations, and detailed layouts accurately.

• Perform lighting layouts, power circuits, load schedules, single-line diagrams, cable tray layouts, cable sizing, and voltage drop calculations.

• Create electrical/tel room layouts, LV & generator room layouts, and riser diagrams.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Male, 37 years old or below.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP contracting and fit-out (commercial & residential).

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering and CAD certification (AutoCAD & Revit).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.

• Must be currently based in UAE.
