D43 Group, a newly established longevity clinic in Dubai, is looking for an experienced Nursing Manager to lead its nursing team. This role involves overseeing daily nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor nursing staff to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.

• Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

• Develop and implement nursing policies to align with UAE regulations and best practices.

• Coordinate training programs to enhance staff skills and healthcare compliance.

• Monitor and improve patient care quality and service delivery.

• Manage staffing levels, equipment, and resources for efficient clinic operations.

• Assist in budget development and cost-effective resource utilization.

• Ensure full regulatory compliance with UAE healthcare laws and standards.

• Serve as a patient advocate, addressing concerns and improving patient experiences.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s in Nursing/Healthcare Administration preferred).

• Valid UAE nursing license.

• 5+ years of nursing experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management software.

• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
