Job Title: Marketing & Communications Executive – Real Estate

Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Executive to support the execution of marketing strategies, social media management, PR efforts, and brand activations for our real estate projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, digital marketing expert, and strong communicator with experience in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Branding:

📌 Assist in implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
📌 Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
📌 Support the Director of Marketing with campaign execution, approvals, and reporting.

Social Media Management:

📌 Manage and monitor social media platforms for Olfah, Hayyan, and Al Mamsha projects.
📌 Plan and create engaging content, including brand storytelling, event coverage, and promotional campaigns.
📌 Develop creative briefs and collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers.
📌 Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and analyze social media performance.
📌 Identify and collaborate with influencers to maximize brand reach.

Sales & Business Development Support:

📌 Work with designers and vendors to create marketing materials and sales assets.
📌 Develop compelling copy for digital platforms, social media, blogs, and marketing collaterals.
📌 Proofread all marketing content before final approval.
📌 Align marketing efforts with sales and commercial team objectives.

Public Relations (PR):

📌 Assist in executing PR strategies to boost brand and project visibility.
📌 Manage relationships with media outlets and secure press coverage.
📌 Coordinate with PR agencies to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
📌 Track PR impact and prepare reports on media reach and effectiveness.

Event Planning & Activations:

📌 Support brand activations, property launches, and exhibitions.
📌 Maintain an event calendar and assess the effectiveness of past activations.
📌 Oversee event logistics, branding materials, and on-ground support.

Marketing Analytics & Budgeting:

📌 Monitor marketing expenses to ensure alignment with budgets.
📌 Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing studies.
📌 Prepare weekly updates and monthly performance reports on campaign success and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 2-5 years in marketing & communications, preferably in real estate or property development.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE’s real estate market, RERA regulations, and buyer trends.
Digital Marketing Skills: Hands-on experience with social media marketing, digital campaigns, and SEO.
Marketing Tools Proficiency: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
Content Creation: Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Project Management: Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Design Knowledge: Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
Language Skills: Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
