Job Title: Operations Associate – Deliveroo Editions

Job Description:

Join Deliveroo Editions, our delivery-only kitchen concept, where we bring the best restaurants to customers no matter where they live. We operate state-of-the-art kitchen hubs, partnering with top restaurant brands to ensure a seamless food delivery experience.

As an Operations Associate, you will support the Site Manager & Assistant Manager, ensuring the smooth daily operation of our Editions site. You’ll work closely with restaurant partners, delivery riders, and the wider operations team to maximize efficiency, improve service standards, and create an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

🏢 Site Management & Operations

• Oversee the day-to-day running of a Deliveroo Editions site.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.

• Manage stock deliveries, kitchen maintenance, and overall site cleanliness.

🍽 Restaurant Partner Support

• Work closely with Head Chefs and kitchen teams to improve operational efficiency.

• Optimize prep time, service time, labor costs, and stock control.

• Conduct weekly kitchen audits to ensure high operational standards.

🚀 Performance & Logistics

• Coordinate with restaurant account managers and rider operations teams.

• Improve site efficiency and reduce operational costs.

• Handle multiple logistical challenges, service disruptions, and conflict resolution.

🙌 Guest & Front-of-House Experience

• Manage dine-in areas at select Editions sites, ensuring top-tier customer service.

• Provide friendly and professional support to restaurant partners and customers.

About You:

✔ 1+ year of experience in hospitality, operations, events, or restaurant management.
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
✔ Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
✔ Comfortable working weekends, late nights, and peak delivery hours.
✔ Physically fit – capable of handling logistical tasks and managing kitchen operations.
✔ Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
✔ A can-do attitude with a passion for the food-tech industry.
