Job Title: Senior Fashion Designer – Luxury Women’s Fashion

Job Description:

A leading retail group in Dubai, renowned across the GCC for its elegance and trendsetting women’s fashion, is seeking a Senior Fashion Designer. This role is perfect for a creative and experienced designer passionate about luxury fashion, trend forecasting, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead seasonal concept development, including mood boards, themes, and inspiration, aligned with business strategy.

• Create pre-designs using CAD and technical sheets (Tech Packs) for production accuracy.

• Coordinate with suppliers, providing detailed specifications on sketches, fabrics, colors, prints, and garment measurements.

• Oversee photoshoots, ensuring the collection is showcased accurately, especially for celebrity styling and marketing.

• Manage and mentor a team of Fashion Designers, driving creativity and execution excellence.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Fashion Design or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum 6 years of experience in fashion design, with expertise in luxury fabrics, colors, prints, and trims.

• Proven leadership experience, managing a team of designers.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CAD, and other fashion-related software.

• Strong trend forecasting ability with a deep understanding of the women’s luxury fashion market.
