Human Resources Officer

Grandiose is seeking a Human Resources Officer to support HR operations across its supermarket and F&B divisions. The ideal candidate will assist in HR processes, employee relations, payroll management, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves data analysis, employee engagement, and HR project support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR Business Partner (HRBP) in implementing and improving HR processes.

  • Support the execution of HR projects and initiatives within the company.

  • Prepare HR-related reports and analyze HR data for organizational improvements.

  • Handle employee requests, grievances, and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws.

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring all necessary processes are completed.

  • Ensure accurate payroll updates, including employee separations, terminations, and resignations.

  • Track and manage probation confirmations and non-confirmations.

  • Maintain proper employee documentation, including uniforms, name tags, and reporting structures.

  • Provide insights and solutions for performance-related issues.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Management.

  • 3-4 years of experience in an HR executive or coordinator role.

  • Strong MS Office and reporting skills.

  • Retail industry experience is a plus.

  • Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
