Amideast is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee the administration, execution, and monitoring of exchange, English language, training, and testing programs in the UAE. This role requires managing program logistics, stakeholder communication, and proposal writing while ensuring efficient implementation of program activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in education, training, and business development, with strong project management and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute program implementation, including student recruitment and outreach.

• Conduct interviews, orientation sessions, and follow-ups with program participants.

• Manage administrative tasks, including grant coordination, documentation, and compliance.

• Organize and implement program events, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.

• Work with trainers and instructors to schedule, manage materials, and track attendance.

• Assist in proposal writing, budgeting, and program development.

• Support Fulbright Program coordination, including application processing and student assistance.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies, including communications with universities and stakeholders.

• Track and evaluate program success, ensuring compliance with policies and reporting requirements.

• Maintain alumni networks and manage updates to databases and success stories.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Education, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in education, training, or program management.

• Strong business development experience, including proposal writing and budgeting.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (spoken & written).

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in UAE/GCC education sector (preferred).
