Key Responsibilities:

IT Support & Administration:

• Provide technical assistance to end-users and manage IT infrastructure.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure cybersecurity measures and contingency planning for IT systems.

• Oversee routine system backups and network management.

• Implement and train employees on ERP systems when needed.

Digital Marketing & Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.

• Manage SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (content, design, and web development).

• Run paid advertising campaigns and optimize user experience.

• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or Communication.

• 3-5 years of experience in IT support and digital marketing.

• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and display advertising.

• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and web analytics (Google Analytics, etc.).
