Position: Senior Fashion Designer

A prestigious retail group in Dubai, recognized across the GCC for its growing international portfolio of luxury and trendy women’s fashion.

Job Description

• Design Strategy & Development:

  • Collaborate with the Fashion Design team to develop seasonal themes, mood boards, and new inspirations aligned with business strategy.

  • Create pre-design concepts using CAD and prepare technical sheets (Tech Packs).

  • Select appropriate fabrics, colors, prints, and trims for collections.

• Supplier & Production Coordination:

  • Provide suppliers with detailed collection requirements, including sketches, fabrics, colors, and garment measurements.

  • Ensure smooth product development from design to final execution.

• Photo Shoot & Brand Representation:

  • Supervise photo shoots to ensure the collection is presented as envisioned, especially for celebrity endorsements and campaigns.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in Fashion Design or a related field (preferred).

• Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in fashion design.

  • Strong knowledge of fabrics, colors, prints, trims, and trend forecasting.

  • Proven ability to lead a team of Fashion Designers.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CAD software.

• Location: Applicants must be based in the UAE.
