Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Legal in arbitration, litigation, and contractual matters.

• Conduct legal research and stay updated on legislative changes.

• Assist in contract negotiations, client agreements, and compliance.

• Review RFPs, tenders, and insurance/bond requirements.

• Provide legal guidance on claims, bonds, and insurance matters.

• Participate in senior management meetings and business strategy sessions.

• Assist in debt recovery, dispute resolution, and external legal coordination.

• Draft and review JV agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and other contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree is a plus).

• Engineering background with legal qualifications is considered.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract advisory, construction claims, or project management.
