HCLTech is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to lead IT service delivery, operations, and transitions across infrastructure and application landscapes. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless, high-quality IT support for both internal and external stakeholders. The role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and expertise in IT service management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT service delivery across infrastructure and applications.

• Manage a team of IT professionals, providing mentorship and performance evaluations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business units and vendors, to deliver tailored IT solutions.

• Oversee IT service management processes, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Release Management.

• Drive continuous service improvement and SLA performance enhancements.

• Lead IT projects such as application development, system upgrades, and digital transformation.

• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring contract compliance and quality service delivery.

• Ensure compliance with UAE TRA regulations and maintain cybersecurity standards.

• Drive automation, cloud, AI, and data initiatives to enhance service efficiency.

• Provide service performance reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• 15+ years of IT service delivery experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Technical Expertise:

  • ITIL framework, ServiceNow, Jira.

  • Infrastructure: Azure cloud, Network & Security, NOC & SOC, Cybersecurity, End-user computing.

  • Applications: SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Microsoft technologies, Data & Analytics.

  • Experience in Lean, Agile, DevOps practices (preferred).

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Fluency in English (mandatory).

• Valid UAE residency visa or eligibility to work in the UAE.
