Hilton is offering an exciting 12-month Corporate HR Management Internship in Dubai for recent graduates (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources within the last 12 months). This full-time, on-site opportunity provides hands-on experience in regional HR operations, networking with senior executives, and exposure to international HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing HR programs and initiatives.

• Coordinate meetings, create materials, and provide project support.

• Collect and analyze regional HR data for reporting.

• Support corporate office activities and collaborate with Hilton hotel teams.

• Drive projects, data collection, and communication with HR stakeholders.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the regional HR team.

Qualifications:

• Must have graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR within the last 12 months.

• Must be available for a full-time (40 hours per week) 12-month internship starting 14th July 2025.

• Must be currently residing in the UAE and eligible to work full-time.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
