COCO Play is seeking a Kids Activity Teacher (Pre-Nursery Teacher) to join their dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time role involves creating and implementing educational activities, supervising children, ensuring their safety, and fostering a positive learning environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and will be responsible for designing engaging and fun activities while maintaining strong communication with parents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assist staff in day-to-day operations.

• Develop and implement creative, educational activities for children (0-8 years) onsite and offsite.

• Manage activity-related administrative duties.

• Provide educational guidance to enhance the curriculum.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Consultant to promote events and the brand.

• Coordinate catering initiatives with the F&B Manager.

• Ensure activities align with the company’s vision, strategy, and budget.

Qualifications:

• Strong passion for working with children and creativity in activity planning.

• Experience in early childhood education and activity planning (ages 0-8 years).

• Strong skills in child supervision, safety management, and classroom management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and staff.

• Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment.

• Montessori or similar educational experience is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).

• First Aid and CPR certification is beneficial.
