Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT System Administrator to manage and support IT systems in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining SQL databases, network systems, healthcare platforms, and providing technical support for IT hardware. The IT System Administrator will work closely with healthcare teams to ensure seamless IT operations in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• SQL Database Management: Administer and maintain healthcare-related SQL databases, ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and robust data security.

• Network & Server Maintenance: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network systems and servers to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

• Healthcare Platform Support: Provide support and troubleshooting for Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), and Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS).

• IT Solutions for Healthcare Operations: Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide tailored IT solutions that support daily operations and improve healthcare delivery.

• IT Hardware Support & Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance and support for IT hardware, including workstations, servers, printers, and peripheral devices.

• Collaboration & Coordination: Work with other IT staff, healthcare professionals, and external vendors to efficiently resolve technical issues and ensure smooth system operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT System Administrator, preferably within a healthcare environment.

• Strong knowledge and experience with SQL Database Management.

• Expertise in network and server administration (Windows/Linux environments).

• Familiarity with LIS, EMR, HIS, and PACS platforms.

• Experience in healthcare IT infrastructure and solutions.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
