Customer Success Executive
Finastra Dubai , UAE

Finastra is looking for a Customer Success Executive to join their Corporate Lending Business Unit. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing customer success from implementation through to long-term satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through upsells, renewals, and professional services. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Corporate Banking sector and a passion for customer engagement and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with customers, including on-site visits, to understand business drivers and challenges.

  • Develop and execute account success plans to optimize revenue, satisfaction, and retention.

  • Manage ‘at-risk’ customers, from detection to resolution, ensuring their success and continued engagement.

  • Identify and drive upsell, renewal, and professional services opportunities.

  • Leverage customer usage data to derive insights, identify risks, and pinpoint opportunities.

  • Act as the key liaison between customers and internal teams, including Product Development.

  • Support customer adoption by providing analysis and positioning to increase software ROI.

  • Collaborate with Sales and other teams to manage opportunities and grow revenue.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience: Good understanding of Corporate Banking markets, including Syndicated Lending, Transaction Banking, Supply Chain Finance, and Cash Management.

  • Customer Success: Proven track record in customer success, driving revenue growth and satisfaction.

  • Communication: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Autonomy & Ownership: Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of customer success plans.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.

  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address root causes of issues.

  • Collaboration: Ability to interact and influence stakeholders at all levels within Finastra and with customers.
