Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network systems.

• Support the implementation of network security measures to ensure system integrity.

• Work with networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, and VPNs.

• Configure and maintain networking devices (Cisco, Fortinet, routers, and switches).

• Use network monitoring tools (e.g., Wireshark, PRTG, SolarWinds) to analyze performance and detect issues.

• Assist in troubleshooting firewalls, SIEM, EDR, and other security systems.

• Ensure reliable connectivity across all company networks.

• Collaborate with senior engineers to optimize network performance.

• Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and cybersecurity trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in networking or IT support.

• Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, VPNs).

• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, or other networking devices (certifications such as CCNA, CCNP are a plus).

• Familiarity with firewalls, SIEM, EDR, routers, and switches.

• Ability to use network monitoring tools like Wireshark, PRTG, or SolarWinds.

• Strong troubleshooting skills for network security and performance issues.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
