Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute structured lesson plans tailored to different skill levels.

• Coach fundamental and advanced gymnastics techniques, including tumbling, bars, beam, vault, and floor routines.

• Foster a safe, supportive, and motivational atmosphere for gymnasts.

• Provide individualized feedback to enhance skill development and confidence.

• Prepare competitive athletes for competitions, refining routines and techniques.

• Track progress, set goals, and offer constructive guidance.

• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines to prevent injuries.

• Work collaboratively with fellow coaches and staff to maintain a positive team environment.

• Engage with parents and athletes regarding progress, expectations, and events.

• Assist in equipment setup and maintenance for a safe training space.

• Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques, safety standards, and competition regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience coaching children in recreational and competitive gymnastics.

• Passion for working with young athletes and supporting their growth.

• Strong technical expertise in gymnastics techniques, routines, and safety protocols.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work with athletes of all skill levels with patience and empathy.

• English proficiency is required.

• Candidates on a residence visa are preferred, but not mandatory.

Salary & Benefits:

💰 Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
