Chalhoub Group, a leader in the luxury retail industry in the Middle East, is looking for a People Partner to support its talent strategy. This full-time role will involve working closely with management to provide strategic HR advice, develop talent management strategies, and ensure a great employee experience. The role focuses on aligning HR strategies with business goals while driving culture change and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, develop, and implement the people strategy aligned with the business’s goals and priorities.

  • Facilitate changes in the organizational structure and ways of working to future-proof the company.

  • Lead performance management processes, manage talent development, and drive career growth for high-potential employees.

  • Lead manpower planning, budgeting, and salary review cycles in collaboration with business functions.

  • Provide guidance and recommendations on complex people-related issues to improve relationships and minimize business impact.

  • Develop and deploy engagement initiatives to enhance the employee experience and build a positive culture.

  • Champion change initiatives across the group and ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption.

  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to recruit the best talent aligned with business needs.

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HRBP or generalist HR roles within the GCC region.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
