Airbus is seeking a VIE – Customer Support to join the Customer Services Africa Middle-East (AME) Business Development team in Dubai. The role is focused on supporting business development initiatives, including market analysis, business development projects, and customer satisfaction improvement within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Satisfaction Improvement Programme (CSIP): Assist with preparation and execution of the yearly customer satisfaction survey, analyzing results, and tracking actions for improvement.

• Regional Performance Dashboard: Support in designing and maintaining a regional performance dashboard to monitor key metrics and ensure data accuracy.

• Standardization of Presentations: Help standardize and update presentations for Customer Support teams to ensure consistency across the region.

• Escalation Process Support: Assist with tracking and resolving customer irritants and issues, ensuring effective communication and follow-through.

• Support to Transversal Activities: Contribute to initiatives that improve the overall customer support experience through workshops, training, and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Google Suite; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

• Fluent in English.

• A background or interest in aviation is preferred.

VIE Requirements:

• European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to 28 years old.

• Must have fulfilled military obligations, if applicable.
