Kong Inc. is looking for an EMEA Technical Customer Success Manager to join its Customer Experience (CX) team. This role focuses on helping customers leverage APIs and microservices, driving their business initiatives. The position requires a strong mix of technical expertise, customer relationship management, and collaboration with sales and product teams. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a passion for innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach customers throughout their lifecycle and ensure successful outcomes with the help of the Customer Experience teams.

  • Define the adoption plan and post-sales engagement strategies to maximize the value customers get from Kong.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to deliver optimal solutions to customers.

  • Innovate customer tooling and processes to enhance team efficiency.

  • Work on cutting-edge customer projects using Kong’s technology.

  • Learn Kong’s products and technologies, applying them to real-world business challenges.

  • Represent Kong, collaborating with peers, business partners, and other teams to grow the company.

What You Need to Be Successful:

  • Builder’s mentality with a focus on finding solutions to complex problems and improving customer experiences.

  • Experience managing a portfolio of commercial customers and identifying patterns for automated customer engagement.

  • Strong passion and determination about technology and customer success.

  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • A solid understanding of complex technology environments.

  • Ideally, prior experience in SaaS, Open Source, or Infrastructure software companies.
