Talabat is looking for an Account Manager to join their dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing business relationships with clients and restaurants, ensuring high customer satisfaction, optimizing restaurant content, and generating sales through promotions and advertisements. The Account Manager will also work closely with restaurants to implement digital solutions and payment gateways, driving growth in both revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct business reviews with accounts, identifying opportunities to increase revenue, profitability, and market share.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and restaurants, resolving operational issues effectively.

• Ensure restaurant menus are up-to-date and manage content optimization (MOA, Delivery time).

• Renegotiate commission rates and build new commercial relationships.

• Manage advertising sales, acquiring pictures for brand menus, restaurant branding, and newsletters.

• Promote restaurant digitalization, including online payment gateways and other digital features.

• Resolve issues related to restaurants being live or active on the platform, ensuring smooth operation.

• Maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities.

What You Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to curate solutions based on data and sales statistics.

• Fluency in Arabic is essential.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Customer-oriented with adaptability and flexibility.
