SEGULA Technologies is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for their Ruwais facility. The role involves providing process expertise for the operation and implementation of upgradation projects related to hazardous waste treatment, particularly incineration and pre-treatment processes. The successful candidate will support various operations, sizing of process and thermal equipment, and assist with engineering document preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform performance and optimization analysis for ongoing operations.

• Provide support to operations in the hazardous waste treatment processes.

• Assist with sizing process and thermal equipment.

• Develop and maintain engineering schematics (PID/PFD/BFD/SFD).

• Support the preparation of engineering documents including Data Sheets, specifications, etc.

• Assist in engineering reviews (Process Review, Design Review, Hazid, Hazop).

• Contribute to project risk analysis and ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering (preferred).

• 10 years’ experience in separation and heat treatment processes.

• Strong background in hazardous waste management and related technologies.

• Proficient in reading technical drawings (PFD, PI&D, PSFD).

• Creative and innovative problem-solver.

• Ability to work in a multicultural international environment.

• Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).

• Willingness to relocate to Ruwais, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
