Job Description:

Etimad Holding is seeking a Citrix Engineer to design, deploy, monitor, and support Citrix Systems and related technologies. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience managing Citrix infrastructures, both legacy and new, ensuring the smooth operation of virtual applications and enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Citrix Design & Deployment – Install, update, and manage Citrix XenApp (including legacy versions) and Citrix CVAD environments.
✅ Infrastructure Management – Design and deploy Citrix infrastructure components like License Server, Delivery Controller, Receiver, and XenDesktop Resources.
✅ Problem Resolution – Take responsibility for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, collaborating with vendor support teams.
✅ Citrix Licensing – Manage Citrix licensing, Windows Terminal Server licensing, and terminal services licensing.
✅ Documentation & Planning – Create HLD (High-Level Design) and LLD (Low-Level Design) documents and assist in compliance monitoring.
✅ Advanced Troubleshooting – Resolve escalations and provide advanced administrative duties for known issues.
✅ Security & Compliance – Assist in defining and maintaining Citrix-related security policies.
✅ System Optimization – Ensure the efficient operation of Citrix environments, improving performance and scalability.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
✔ 5+ years of experience working with Citrix environments.
✔ Citrix Certifications – CCE-V (Citrix Certified Expert – Virtualization), CC-EM (Citrix Certified Expert – Mobility) highly preferred.
✔ Hands-on experience with Citrix XenApp (legacy & new infra), Citrix Loadbalancer, and Citrix MCS.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, storage technologies, and problem-solving.
✔ Excellent communication and documentation skills.
✔ Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
