Job Title: Business Sales & Customer Support Representative – Etisalat

Job Description:

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused representative to promote and sell Etisalat’s business plans to corporations, institutions, government entities, and Emirati clients. This role requires excellent communication and sales skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

📞 Sales & Promotion: Present and sell tailored Etisalat plans to business and government clients.
📈 Revenue Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.
👥 Customer Support: Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally and efficiently.
🔍 Customer Insights: Document and analyze customer feedback to identify service improvement trends.
💼 Relationship Building: Maintain strong, trust-based relationships through open communication.
📑 Process & Documentation: Keep detailed records of interactions, transactions, and customer concerns.

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in call centers, customer care, or front desk roles
✔ Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
✔ Certification in customer service is a plus
✔ Excellent verbal & written communication skills
✔ Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
✔ Team player with a customer-first mindset
✔ Computer proficiency
