This strategic leadership role is crucial in overseeing portfolio governance, optimizing project performance, and supporting high-impact investment decisions at the executive and board level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Governance: Ensure portfolio alignment with corporate goals and long-term investment strategies.

• Project Performance Management: Oversee cost control, risk assessment, and scheduling with real-time analytics.

• Investment & Board Submissions: Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and board papers for key decisions.

• Contract & Compliance Management: Strengthen contract frameworks, ensuring regulatory adherence.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Finance, Asset Management, and Project Execution teams.

• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize BI tools and reporting systems to support senior leadership.

• Process Optimization & Digital Transformation: Implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and governance.

• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing team with a focus on talent growth and succession planning.

Requirements:

• 12–15 years of experience in portfolio management, project controls, or corporate governance within utilities, infrastructure, or energy.

• Strong leadership skills with a history of driving strategic initiatives.

• Advanced financial acumen, including investment modeling and board-level presentations.

• Deep understanding of CAPEX lifecycle, risk management, and performance metrics.

• Tech-savvy mindset, with proficiency in PMIS, BI tools, and digital transformation.

• Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
