Team Leader – Sales (SME Finance & Fintech) | Full-Time | UAE
Are you an experienced sales professional with a strong network in SME finance? A fast-growing fintech startup in the UAE is looking for a Team Leader – Sales to drive SME loan sales and expand its client base. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team and shape the future of SME financing in the region.
Key Responsibilities:

Acquire and onboard SME clients in need of financing solutions.

Leverage supplier networks and internal sales teams to generate high-quality leads.

Manage and develop a team of Relationship Managers to drive sales growth.

Build strategic partnerships with independent consultants and external financial partners.

Expand business development efforts by networking within the banking and fintech sectors.

Requirements:

Experience in managing or mentoring a sales team, with leadership potential.
