About the Client

A global petrochemical group specializing in trading and manufacturing coating products is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cash flow by preparing forecasts and ensuring efficient financial management, including payroll, VAT, and tax payments.

• Develop and present annual operating plans and budgets aligned with the group’s long-term strategy, considering macro and microeconomic factors.

• Monitor and oversee the company’s financial position, capital structure, and compliance with banking covenants and third-party agreements.

• Supervise supplier payments, cash flow allocation, and financial priorities in coordination with the GM, CEO, and COO.

• Ensure financial stability and risk management by evaluating hedging arrangements and investment strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Nationality Preference: Open to Arabic & European nationals.

• Gender & Age: Male, 45 years or below.

• Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, CA/CPA, or Finance graduate.

• Experience: Minimum 15 years in finance, preferably within the paints manufacturing, petrochemical, or wood coating industry.

• Location: Must be based in UAE.
