Key Responsibilities:

📌 Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Work with stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams to document business needs.

• Conduct interviews, workshops, and research to define and prioritize requirements.

📊 Process Optimization & System Enhancements

• Analyze current business workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.

• Collaborate with IT teams to design new system functionalities and conduct feasibility studies.

• Ensure all solutions meet regulatory compliance and industry best practices.

📈 Data-Driven Decision Making

• Analyze large datasets related to customer behavior, risk management, and financial performance.

• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives.

🔍 Risk & Compliance Management

• Identify operational and system risks, working with risk management teams on mitigation strategies.

• Stay updated with banking regulations to ensure compliance in all digital solutions.

🛠 Agile Project Execution & Testing

• Work closely with development teams to implement software solutions.

• Define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and validate system functionality.

• Provide ongoing monitoring and process improvement based on user feedback.

🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

• Act as the bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring alignment on priorities.

• Deliver comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and functional specs.

Requirements & Qualifications:

✔ 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or digital transformation.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
✔ Strong experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project lifecycle management.
✔ Expertise in requirements analysis, process modeling, and business strategy alignment.
✔ Familiarity with UML, project management tools, and financial planning.
✔ CBAP, CCBA, or Agile certification is a plus.
