We are seeking a Global Recruiting Manager to lead strategic talent acquisition initiatives across corporate and manufacturing operations. Reporting to the COO, this role is responsible for developing a robust talent pipeline, optimizing recruitment processes, and ensuring alignment with business objectives on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Pipeline Development:
- Build and maintain pipelines for high-demand roles in engineering, production management, maintenance, and supply chain.
- Implement proactive sourcing strategies in key international markets to meet evolving hiring needs.
- Oversee recruitment activities across factory locations to ensure consistency in hiring quality.
2. Recruitment Process Optimization:
- Design and implement standardized recruitment processes to reduce time-to-hire and ensure candidate fit.
- Ensure compliance with global and local labor laws across all hiring regions.
- Define structured interview processes, including background and reference checks.
- Develop performance-based job profiles to support business growth.
- Leverage HR analytics and data insights to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
3. Recruitment Project Management:
- Lead critical recruitment projects for hard-to-fill and niche roles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track recruitment progress and meet hiring deadlines.
4. Employer Branding & Talent Attraction:
- Implement strategies to enhance the company’s employer brand globally.
- Ensure recruitment efforts reflect a strong, unified brand image to attract top talent.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience, with proven success in a stand-alone role when required.
- Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
- International recruitment expertise with a focus on Europe and/or the US.
- Strong understanding of global labor laws and hiring practices.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet hiring targets efficiently.
