Job Title: Marketing Manager – Education Sector 

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and implement high-impact marketing strategies that drive enrollment and strengthen the brand identity of Step by Step Nursery & Kids Academy. This role requires expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and community engagement to position our nurseries as a top choice for parents in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Enhance brand positioning and visibility through targeted digital and offline marketing initiatives.
• Drive lead generation and enrollment growth through strategic campaigns.
• Manage SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing to optimize brand reach.
• Oversee social media content strategy, ensuring engaging and creative campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Plan and execute parent engagement events, open days, and community outreach programs.
• Lead content creation, including videos, blogs, newsletters, and press releases.
• Establish partnerships with media, industry experts, and influencers for brand collaborations.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to refine marketing strategies.
• Analyze marketing data, campaign performance, and ROI metrics, presenting insights to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus!).
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the education or service industry.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and social media strategy.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and lead generation strategies.
• Hands-on experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel regularly between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Salary:

AED 12,000 to 15,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
