Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Furniture & Interior Fit-Out

Are you a meticulous Quantity Surveyor with experience in furniture or interior fit-out projects? We are partnering with a well-established company in Sharjah that is looking for a skilled professional to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and cost estimates.
• Manage project budgets, pricing, and material quantities efficiently.
• Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to ensure timely material delivery.
• Monitor site progress and maintain cost tracking sheets for financial control.
• Assist in preparing and submitting interim and final payment applications.
• Prepare cutting lists and ensure material optimization for production.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–5 years in the furniture or fit-out industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Preferred Expertise: Strong experience in preparing cutting lists.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
