Senior Sales Consultant – Luxury Furniture (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their furniture and lifestyle needs.

• Provide expert consultations on furniture selection, layout, and design aesthetics.

• Manage the entire sales process, from initial engagement to after-sales support, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through personalized selling strategies.

• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and interior design trends.

• Create an exceptional in-store experience that aligns with our brand’s luxury appeal.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, ideally in furniture or luxury retail.

• Interior design experience is a strong plus – ability to guide customers on style, layout, and functionality.

• A bubbly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.

• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Fluency in Arabic is a plus.

Salary & Benefits

• AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
