Job Title: Head of Project Management Office (PMO)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Project Management Office (PMO) to join a leading UAE-based main contractor in Dubai. This strategic leadership role requires overseeing risk, program management, delivery strategies, and project success across multiple high-value construction projects, ranging from AED 1-3 billion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the PMO function with a holistic, strategic approach, ensuring operational excellence.
• Oversee risk assessment, project controls, planning, and execution strategies.
• Manage and drive efficiency in large-scale D&B projects.
• Work closely with Operations, Pre-Construction, QHSE, MEP, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide strategic forecasting and resource management for 5,500+ operatives.
• Identify risks and opportunities during the tender stage using program analysis and construction expertise.
• Develop lessons learned and proactive strategies for future projects.
• Serve as a key client-facing leader, ensuring effective stakeholder communication.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in a senior leadership role within a Tier 1 main contractor in the UAE.
• Project Expertise: Must have managed projects valued at AED 1.5 billion or more.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6, Asta, and deep knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Competencies: Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Industry Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the UAE supply chain, regulations, and construction practices.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 85,000 – 95,000 per month
